Overview
We’re looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure that our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Join our team to play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s integrity, minimizing legal risks, and maintaining a strong compliance culture.
This is a full-time position based in [London/remote options if applicable].
How you will make an impact here
Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, training, and documentation.
Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Advise senior management on regulatory changes and their potential impact on business operations.
Foster a culture of compliance across the organization through education and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex compliance issues in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing compliance programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Certification such as CRCM or similar is a plus).
