How you will make an impact here
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across the organization to develop effective mitigation strategies.
Design and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address potential risks and develop proactive solutions.
Monitor regulatory and market changes to assess their impact on the organization and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Lead efforts to create a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex scenarios and recommend actionable solutions.
Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in risk modeling tools, data analysis, and reporting systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
