UIUX Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer passionate about crafting intuitive and visually stunning digital experiences. This is a full-time position based in [Sydney & Toronto/remote options if applicable].
How you will make an impact here
Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual assets to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Analyze user behavior and data to improve designs and enhance the overall user experience.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
